Wild Card Building Solutions Inc. is a local general contractor that installs ADA and Handicap Accessibility solutions in homes and businesses.  This project was required due to the result of an elderly client falling in his home on an uneven floor surface.  The objective behind this recent handicap accessible project we did in Irving was to raise a "lowered floor" so that a person with disabilities could navigate easily through this now "ADA compliant" residential home. Uneven floors can be dangerous and hazardous to children and elderly.  We can remove steps in your home or business by raising or lowering floors and sub-floors to achieve a level floor surface. We also install handicap ramps and detectable warnings to assist individuals with handicaps, while also helping homes and business achieve ADA compliance (American Disability Act).

Project Type:   Water Damage Restoration & Window Replacement

Water damage does not always come from a leaky pipe, sometime a small leaky window can turn into a big problem. Wild Card Builders and Restoration specializes in water damage, mold remediation and complete restoration to single-family and multi-family homes.  Therefore, in our many years of doing business, we have seen it all. This client's owned a multi-story residential structure that had old poor windows which resulted in water leaking . 

This property owner first contacted Wild Card Builders thinking the repairs were more minimal.  However, upon meeting for the quote the property owner.  We revealed to the owner that the water leaking resulted in additional damage to the interior stud framing and drywall.  At this point it became evident to the owner that the lack of maintenance resulted in further damage to the interior which expanded this project into a larger insurance claim. Once he hear of experience with working with insurance companies. The owner was happy he had contacted us, because we then ushered him through the claims process.

Wild Card Builders and Restoration was contacted by a home owner in Euless. This customers home suffered fire damage due to a garage burning down and catching fire to the primary structure in Euless.

This fire damage restoration project was a typical example of the type of projects we manage as a professional fire and flood restoration company.  Whereas, fire is the first to damage the home, then the resulting water from the fire hoses, then the mold created from the moisture from the water.
